What this page is actually about
This page describes how Marketplace Studio handles operator account data, uploaded workbook data, and application telemetry in the normal operation of the product.
What data the app stores
The software may store account identifiers, session data, uploaded workbook files, normalized product and scoring records, quarter-plan outputs, and operational metadata needed to run the application.
Why the app processes that data
Data is processed to authenticate users, validate uploads, run scoring and allocation logic, preserve history, and support operational review flows inside the application.
Who can see it
Data visibility depends on application access controls and deployment configuration. Internal operators and administrators may be able to view uploaded data, score runs, and planning outputs as part of normal system use.
How long it stays around
Data retention is controlled by the application operator and deployment configuration. Uploaded files and derived records may remain stored until explicitly deleted or rotated by an administrator.
