Who this is for
Marketplace Studio is built for internal operator use by authorized users. Access may be restricted, monitored, suspended, or revoked at any time by Digital Rounds LLC or its authorized administrators.
Ownership stays with Digital Rounds LLC
Access to the software does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, interface design, scoring methodology, or any related intellectual property. Unless explicitly granted in writing, no external license is provided.
The app supports decisions. It does not replace them.
The software provides analytical and operational decision support. Final commercial, financial, inventory, and advertising decisions remain the responsibility of the operator using the system.
Input quality is still your responsibility
Users are responsible for the quality, legality, and appropriateness of the data they upload. Broken, incomplete, or misleading inputs can produce misleading outputs. The system attempts to validate structure, not business truth.
The product can change
Features, methodologies, thresholds, and access rules may change over time. The software may be modified, suspended, or retired without notice.
